A hospital at the centre of a controversy surrounding an alleged medical report involving former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has publicly distanced itself from the document, declaring that the former governor was never registered as a patient at its facility.
In a statement issued by the hospital management, the institution said a thorough review of its records found no evidence that Mr. El-Rufai had ever visited any of its departments or consulted any of its medical personnel.
