I received with profound shock and deep sorrow the heartbreaking news of the tragic motor accident that claimed the lives of Alhaji Ibrahim Ladan Duguri, the revered Yariman Duguri, four of his beloved children, and another individual.

This devastating tragedy is an immeasurable loss to the Duguri family, the people of Bauchi State, and all those who knew and cherished the deceased. The loss of a father alongside four of his children in one tragic incident is particularly painful and difficult to comprehend. My heart goes out to the bereaved family at this moment of immense grief.

Alhaji Ibrahim Ladan Duguri was a respected personality whose passing leaves a painful void among his family, associates, and the wider community. The circumstances surrounding his death and the loss of his children make this tragedy even more heartbreaking.

On behalf of my family and associates, I extend my deepest condolences to the entire Duguri family, the traditional institution, friends, and all those affected by this devastating incident. I also commiserate with the families of the other victims who lost their lives in the accident.

At this difficult moment, I pray that Almighty Allah, in His infinite mercy, forgives their shortcomings, accepts their souls into Aljannatul Firdaus, and grants the bereaved families the strength, patience, and fortitude to endure this painful loss.

May Allah comfort everyone mourning this tragedy and grant the departed eternal rest in His mercy.
