NDLEA Declares Man Wanted Over Alleged Killing of Officer in Bauchi

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has declared a man wanted in connection with the alleged stabbing and killing of one of its officers in Bauchi State.
The incident reportedly occurred at Anguwan Zango, Tilden Fulani, in Toro Local Government Area of the state, during an NDLEA operation targeting illicit drug activities.
According to reports, NDLEA operatives were conducting an operation in the area when resistance allegedly broke out following the arrest of a suspected drug offender.
In the ensuing confrontation, a man allegedly attacked one of the officers with a knife, inflicting a serious injury to his abdomen. The officer was subsequently reported to have died from the injury.
Following the incident, the NDLEA launched efforts to identify and apprehend the alleged attacker and subsequently declared him wanted.
The agency is seeking information from members of the public that could assist in establishing the suspect's identity and whereabouts.
