2. Agricultural Mechanization Tracking: States like Niger and Osun have cleared hundreds of thousands of hectares using the subsidy windfall. Exactly how much has your state spent on direct tractor leasing, fertilizer procurement, and input distribution per local government area?
3. Localized CNG Fleet Footprint: With multi-billion naira windfalls flowing into the state treasury, how many functional Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) transit buses have been purchased and deployed independently to our main metropolitan and suburban commuter routes?
4. Healthcare Infrastructure Injections: While the Federal Government is modernizing 18 medical schools and expanding nursing slots, our local state-owned hospitals face severe talent and equipment brain drain. How much post-subsidy funding is directly upgrading our local clinics?
5. LGA Autonomy & Grassroots Project Delivery: Following the Supreme Court judgment on Local Government financial autonomy, how is the state executive ensuring that direct allocations to our 774 LGAs are spent on rural farm-to-market roads and neighborhood safety networks and social service?
